Tracie Martin is the owner of The CAM Firm, Inc and former co-owner of TIME Association and Property Management, Inc. She has diversified experience in managing homeowner and condo associations along the Emerald Coast. Tracie is a native of Oklahoma, where she and her husband owned and operated full service convenience stores and food operations for over 20 years. Tracie was also very active in local politics. She served on many community organizations, including the local city council. At 23, she became Mayor of her hometown. She was also instrumental in initiating the first PTA organization in the school system and became Charter President. She is also a licensed Realtor with Coldwell Banker United Realtors, where she specializes in both commercial and residential real estate.Contact Information:
